There's really nothing simpler than walking your way through nature. For something so slow and methodical, hiking is massively stimulating for your brain. It's a moving meditation that brings you to physical places and stimulates intangible ideas you've never considered before. Sometimes it can be quite grueling, but by the time you get home, you'll want to head right back out there for another hike.
