Obviously with a name like Durango Outdoor Exchange, we love the great outdoors. Every time we bring our paddle boards (SUPs) out to the Animas River with our kids or hike the Colorado high country to escape the summer heat and be wowed by the explosion of flowers in bloom, we recommit to saving our home and planet for future generations.
As our kids grew into and out of ski clothes, sandals, jackets (and everything else really), it has been perfect to have Chase and Jen’s shop to move them up to the next size. I can’t, admittedly, say it has just been good for the kids.
In the beginning, we knew every person who displayed a sticker (read, our moms). As the business grew, so did the visibility of our stickers around town. On cars and roof boxes, the cement blockers at Durango Joes, and I really felt like we'd made it when I saw one on the Natures Oasis light post.
