What a wonderful winter we’ve been experiencing and even more of that beautiful snow in the forecast! Let’s celebrate with a two day store-wide sale. We throw this party every February in an effort to extend excellent deals on Winter gear and make some much needed room for Spring and Summer gear to make it’s way into the shop.
Obviously with a name like Durango Outdoor Exchange, we love the great outdoors. Every time we bring our paddle boards (SUPs) out to the Animas River with our kids or hike the Colorado high country to escape the summer heat and be wowed by the explosion of flowers in bloom, we recommit to saving our home and planet for future generations.
As our kids grew into and out of ski clothes, sandals, jackets (and everything else really), it has been perfect to have Chase and Jen’s shop to move them up to the next size. I can’t, admittedly, say it has just been good for the kids.
We all know that donating our clothes is a great way to clean out our closets, and we may even make a few bucks at a local consignment shop. But did you know that donating or consigning your clothes and outdoor gear also has huge social and environmental benefits?
